We are based in Minnesota and serve the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond our service radius.

Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due at least 3 days before the event.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 14 days in advance. Reschedules are subject to availability.
At this time, we only offer full setup services. However, we have options for grab and go balloons and selected items that you can set up on your own.
